  • Project Summary

    FNCS Invitational 2022 was the biggest and most lucrative Fortnite Esports tournament of the year. 100 of the world’s best players were invited to compete at the Raleigh Convention Centre in North Carolina, USA for a share of the $1M prize pool. The tournament hosted a studio audience of 3000 people, as well as an online audience of over 250,000 concurrent viewers.

    BLAST TV is the direct client, with Epic Games as the end client.

  • Project Involvement

    As a POV Observer for the tournament, Aaron’s responsibilities comprise of:

    • Extensive practice with the entire observer team, utilising replay files & constructive VOD reviews

    • Following the storyline portrayed by the gameplay director, and sharing critical game information

    • Communicating with & listening to other POV & Drone Observers during broadcast, under tight turnarounds

    • Responding rapidly to unforeseen game situations such as player eliminations, to elevate end product
